Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ServSafe certification preferred
