Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Guest Service:
    • Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.
    • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns.
    • Provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations on menu items and beverages.
    • Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly.
    • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
    • Accurately process payments and balance checks.
    • Perform all side work duties efficiently and effectively, including table setting, bussing tables, and restocking supplies.
    • Assist with running food and beverages to tables in a timely and safe manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Teamwork:
    • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
    • Assist with host duties as needed, such as greeting guests and managing waitlists.
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
